The Diploma in Silver Metal Clay is here
I’m so excited to share that the one year online Diploma in Silver Metal Clay from Jewellers Academy is finally here. I found a document started on 1st August 2020 with our first plan of this course. And now the plan has been refined and we are open for enrolment.
This course is suitable for beginners or those with some experience of working with metal clay who would love to learn more advanced projects. It is fully online with professionally filmed videos. You watch and make on your schedule and this course can be taken by anyone from anywhere in the world. At the end of each term you send your work in for marking and assessment.
Support
This isn’t just an online course though. You get lots of support including:
You’re assigned an expert mentor who will meet with you one to one via Zoom throughout the course. They will mark your work and give you contructive feedback on how to improve
Your mentor meets with you and a small group of your peers fortnightly to answer your questions about the course content
There’s also an exclusive private Facebook group staffed by a metal clay expert Monday to Saturday
